Education

TSMH plans to offer an innovative Masters of Mental Health postgraduate degree. Experts with over 25 years of experience, in mental health and academics, have designed this post-graduate program. The program is planned to be launched in 2021.

Programs

TSMH offers a variety of mental health workshops for corporates, communities, and institutions, in various mental health fields Besides the regular programs, TSMH differentiates itself through its unique programs such as Geeta and Stress Management and Silly Point.

Research

TSMH aims to increase the information and evidence availability for mental health related issues. In turn, this information can be used to strengthen mental healthcare systems, resulting in better care and services provided to individuals and communities.

Stress, Anxiety and Depression Test

On the backdrop of COVID-19 and on the occasion of World Mental Health Day, Texas School of Mental Health and Brainberg in partnership with Rotary Club of Pune Lokmanya Nagar has initiated a novel initiative of online Psychometric Test to evaluate the status of mental health with respect to stress, anxiety and depression for the Rotarians. This is a 10 to 15 minutes online test which, upon successful completion will provide you detail report on your email ID. The test has been discounted for the social cause and a portion of the fees would be donated to projects of Rotary Club of Pune Lokmanyanagar for the mental health wellbeing.

Texas School of Mental Health’s (TSMH) educational programs and research, offer wellness solutions to help resolve the increasing mental health issues, TSMH is founded with the vision of addressing the global burden of mental health issues. TSMH provides feasible, comprehensive, and multi-dimensional solutions through extensive research. The goal is to help create a skilled Human Resources staff , and wellness programs for corporates and the community at large.

Why

There is no health without having a strong mental fitness. Good mental health is related to mental and psychological well-being. The global burden of mental health disorders is huge and continuously growing. According to WHO, 1 in 4 people are affected by a mental health disorder at some point in time. It is estimated that by 2030, depression will be the leading cause of disease burden globally.
