Trisha Pratul Mehta is an HR and Organizational Psychology professional based in Pune, Maharashtra. Holding a Master of Arts in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, she brings a strong behavioral science foundation to her corporate and clinical roles. Her professional journey spans corporate recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), and hospital training operations across Pune with organizations like Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, RGB Training Services, Indrayani Hospital, and the Texas School of Mental Health.

Specializing in instructional design and activity-based training, she has developed custom modules for healthcare personnel focused on team bonding, bedside etiquette, and professional accountability. Alongside her expertise in HR strategy—such as optimizing recruitment workflows and utilizing Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and instructional design—she actively expands her skillset into storyboarding, concept formation, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) software.
